Ingredients
½–1 cup tart cherry juice (unsweetened)
200–400 mg magnesium powder (preferably glycinate or citrate)
½ cup sparkling water
Ice cubes (optional)
Optional add-ins: splash of chamomile tea, lemon juice, or fresh mint
Instructions
Pour the tart cherry juice into a glass.
Add the magnesium powder and stir well until fully dissolved.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
Add ice cubes if desired.
Optionally, garnish with fresh mint or a lemon wedge.
Sip slowly 30–60 minutes before bedtime for best sleep benefits.
