A simple and effective 4-ingredient morning detox drink using Japanese pink salt. Perfect for digestion, hydration, and daily cleansing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm filtered water

  • ¼ teaspoon Japanese pink salt (or Himalayan pink salt)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or organic apple cider vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  • Warm your water until it’s comfortably drinkable (not boiling).

  • Add pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.

  • Mix in lemon juice and optional honey or apple cider vinegar.

 

  • Sip slowly on an empty stomach for best results.

Notes

  • Use raw, unrefined pink salt for optimal mineral benefit.
