Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 banana or 1/4 avocado (for creaminess)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, coconut water, or filtered water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed

Instructions

  1. Add blueberries, lemon juice, banana or avocado, and liquid base to a blender.
  2. Add chia seeds or ground flaxseed, plus any optional ingredients for extra detox benefits.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting liquid for desired consistency.
