Inspired by the classic tale, these Beauty and the Beast Fruit Snacks are a magical mix of golden pineapples, ruby strawberries, and royal blueberries. Perfect for princess parties, movie nights, or enchanting everyday snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple slices (Belle’s gown)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (enchanted rose)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (Beast’s coat)
  • ½ cup mango slices
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Optional: edible glitter, mint leaves, or coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice all fruits into thin pieces or shapes using small cookie cutters (rose, heart, teacup).
  2. Layer fruits on a tray or platter by color—golden pineapple, red strawberries, and blue blueberries for themed design.
  3. Lightly drizzle honey and lemon juice over the fruits for shine and freshness.
  4. Garnish with edible glitter, mint, or coconut flakes for a whimsical touch.
  5. Serve immediately or chill briefly before presenting on a themed board or in small teacups.

Notes

To make a gummy-style version, blend fruit with natural gelatin and pour into rose-shaped silicone molds. Freeze or refrigerate until set for an enchanted twist.
